Kirk Hays
Kirk Hays is President of North American Jet. A former commercial attorney, he has spent over 30 years in business aviation. He is type-rated and current in four different Cessna Citation models and is active in the company’s flight operations. With Robert White, he founded Austin Jet in 1979, and later, North American Jet in 1995. Working together, Kirk and Robert have been directly involved in buying and selling more than 350 aircraft within the US and in many foreign countries.
Robert White
Robert White is Vice-President of North American Jet. He has over 40 years’ experience in the aviation business, as a flight instructor, a check airman and the Director of Operations for a jet charter company, and as an FAA check airman. He is currently an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner for Cessna Citations. Robert and Kirk Hays started Austin Jet in 1979, and after selling that company, started North American Jet in 1995. They have been involved in the buying and reselling of over 350 aircraft. Robert has overseen the management of numerous jet aircraft over the years, and presently has four jets under management.
Bo Anderson
Bo Anderson is the Purchasing Manager for North American Jet. He has 18 years of experience purchasing Citation jet aircraft and 30 years experience as a pilot. Bo is an Airline Transport Pilot with 5 jet type ratings and nearly 10,000 flight hours. He is responsible for in-depth Citation market research and locating the “best value” for his customers. Bo has traveled the world buying Citations making him an expert on imports. He is also a Certified Flight Instructor who specializes in training Citation flight crews.
Lauren Hays
Lauren Hays has been performing market research for North American Jet since 2005. Growing up around the aviation industry, Lauren specializes in tracking Citation market trends, price and value fluctuations, and organizing industry data. These skills keep North American Jet’s market intelligence sharp for each transaction. As part of the team of Citation experts, Lauren assists in managing leases, maintaining aircraft records, and providing in-depth knowledge of each aircraft on the market.
Taylor White
Taylor White is an accomplished pilot with thousands of hours of experience and type ratings in multiple Citation models including CE500, CE510, CE525, CE560XL, and CE650. His father Robert White taught him to fly as a teenager; and Taylor even got his private pilot rating in a Citation II at seventeen making him a jet pilot at the youngest possible age. Taylor is also an instructor pilot and enjoys teaching at all levels including the Citation models he is typed in. Taylor has worked with North American Jet as a pilot for many years and now is involved in marketing, research, and sales as well.
